This Is The Ultimate Service! All Year ‘Round Service!

You can tell when someone has annual lawn service because their property is clean all year around. Even in the winter when folks are visiting for the holidays…your property is guaranteed to be nice and clean. This particular service is more than just mowing. It includes everything from A to Z. This is where the customer can build their own package to suit them.

Our basic annual program includes mowing from March to November, aeration, seeding, fertilizing, two leaf removals, spring and fall cleanups, and salting of sidewalks and steps in icy conditions.

Our premium annual program includes even more if you want. You may want to add new mulch once a year, gutter cleaning, window cleaning…you decide! You can build your own maintenance package that suits you!

How it works…

Pick the services you want. Then we divide the total dollar amount by 12 months which creates your monthly payment. You’ll have the same payment every month no matter the weather and conditions.
